Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day you receive the goods. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by a clear statement (e.g., email to info@hugopetry.com).
How to Return
To return a product, please:
Contact us at info@hugopetry.com with your order number and request a return.
Send the item back within 14 days after notifying us of your decision to withdraw.
Return the product in unused condition, in its original packaging with all included accessories and documentation.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the same payment method you used for the purchase. Shipping costs for the original delivery are refundable only if the entire order is returned.
Exclusions
Certain products may not be eligible for a return if they are:
Custom-made or personalized items that were made especially for you.
Products that cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons once opened (where applicable).
In such cases, returns/refunds may be limited or excluded.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at info@hugopetry.com with photos and your order number. We will either replace the item or provide a full refund, including return shipping costs.
